Understanding your rights and responsibilities on the Lalitah platform
By using our platform, you agree to provide accurate information, comply with regulatory standards, and use our services only for lawful business purposes. We reserve the right to update terms, restrict access for violations, and limit liability in service-related matters.
All users are expected to act professionally and respectfully. Misuse of services, fraud, spamming, or unethical conduct may result in account suspension or removal. Help us build a credible and empowering business ecosystem.
Prohibited Activities:
- • Fraudulent business registration or funding applications
- • Spam or unsolicited marketing communications
- • Harassment or discriminatory behavior
- • Violation of intellectual property rights
- • Misrepresentation of products or services
Funding Applications:
Applications can be canceled before disbursement; no refunds post-disbursement.
Marketplace Transactions:
Transactions follow vendor-specific refund policies. Please review individual seller terms before purchase.
Training Programs:
Enrollments can be canceled 48 hours before training begins. Late cancellations may not be eligible for refund.
While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.
Note: Service interruptions due to technical issues, maintenance, or force majeure events are not grounds for refunds or compensation.
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Lalitah platform remain our property or that of our licensors. Users retain ownership of their submitted content but grant us license to use it for platform operations.
- Users are responsible for ensuring they have rights to uploaded content
- Respect copyright and trademark laws in all submissions
- Report any intellectual property violations immediately
Lalitah serves as a platform connecting entrepreneurs with services and opportunities. We are not liable for:
- Decisions made by funding institutions or CAC
- Quality or delivery of marketplace products
- Business outcomes from training programs
- Third-party service provider actions
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved through Nigerian courts or alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
